Purchase/Restore Purchase issue ?

1. Identify the Correct Google Account

You must use the exact same Google (Gmail) account that you originally used to make the purchase.

2. Check Your Device's Accounts

Ensure this Google account is added to your phone or tablet. You can check this in your device's Settings under "Accounts" or "Google."

3. Set the Default Play Store Account

Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon. Make sure the correct Google account is selected as the active/default account.

4. Reinstall the App (Crucial Step)

First, uninstall the app. Then, go back to the Play Store (with the correct account active) and install it again. This resolves signature mismatches and allows the app to verify your purchase.




Also you need to check Google Play Services must be latest versions in your phone/tablet

There is two ways to restore purchase in Quotes Creator app, one is using restore button and second is Item already purchase dialog.


  • Process for Restore:
    • Install Quotes Creator app from play store
    • Goto Pro Screen
    • Tap on "Restore" button at bottom of pro screen, this will restore your purchase.



  • Another way to restore purchase by checking already owned items, steps are below
    • Install Quotes Creator app from play store
    • Goto Pro Screen
    • There is purchase button with Price/Amount shows, tap on it
    • Purchase dialog will open and if you already purchase Quotes Creator Pro then it will shows you "Error" dialog with "Item already purchased." message
    • Close the dialog and your purchase has been restored.



  • Check Purchase History by using Google Play store
